How to Order the Dresses?

We follow two modes of sale:

1. Preparation of dresses on CUSTOMER'S ORDER.

2. Selection and Purchase of READY-MADE dresses.

ORDERING PROCEDURE:

To maintain high standard on the clothing prepared on customer's order, we follow the steps given as under:

(a) To facilitate the customer in selecting the designs and colours, we provide them with pictures of sample dresses and ideas in other manner. Samples are available here on the Timeline of Page and can also be viewed in the Albums.


(b) Every sample has a code number, remember that code number and Call us at 0324-4745560 (OR) at 0312-4188500 (OR) Email us at nabihascollection@gmail.com with your contact information and Dress Code. 

(c) We keep a proper written record of customer requirements (Size, Colour etc.) regarding particular order which is also verified by the customer at the time of ordering.

(d) In case of DRESSES ON ORDER, Customer will have to pay at least 25% of the Price of Dress in advance. On receipt of advance amount we will start processing the order and we will inform the number of days the dress will take to be completed.

(e) In case where the Dress is READY-MADE and is according to the customer's requirements then 100% Price of dress will have to be paid by the customer according to the procedure specified in "HOW TO PAY" below.


(f) In case of FOREIGN ORDERS (ie. orders from countries other than Pakistan) customer will pay (reimburse to us) the courier charges and we will send the receipt of the Courier Company alongwith the parcel containing ordered dresses.  


(g) We provide the completed order within the agreed time.

How to Pay?
Payment procedure may be discussed and agreed on the phone for the sake of simplicity and ease for customer. Payment may be made either directly hand to hand if practicable, or by electronic means which will be guided on the phone.
